The cottage has been equipped with luxurious modern home comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Throughout the cottage solid wooden floors have been laid and classical radiators fitted.
The bedroom overlooks the garden and has doors out onto the paved patio. It has a pocket sprung super king size bed or two three foot single beds. Wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps complete the room. Egyptian cotton linen is provided, beds are made up and ready for guests arrival.
The bathroom has a traditional roll top bath, large separate shower room, heated towel rail, low level toilet and sink. Co-ordinated Egyptian cotton towels compliment the room.
Large Living Area - Kitchen, Dining and Sitting Room - The sitting room overlooks the garden and has double doors out onto the patio area. It is furnished with a stunning wood burning stove, cosy sofas and a LCD television with Freesat. The kitchen has been fitted out in a modern style with solid oak worktops and a super Belfast sink, plus a ceramic hob, fan oven and grill, microwave and dishwasher.
We operate a No Smoking policy in our cottage, also no stilettos shoes inside the cottage.
Outside there is a large private paved patio area with a table and chairs as well as outdoor cooking facilities, a great space for star gazing with no light pollution. There is also parking for two cars, next to the cottage down the gravel drive.
Included in your stay:-
- Logs, kindling, firelighters, paper and matches for the wood burner
- Ad-lib eggs laid by our own Chickens and Ducks, subject to season and availability

- Egyptian Cotton bed linen and towels (one bath, one hand towel, one face towel per guest)

- Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar
We are also pleased to provide you with a “mini bar” system - a great selection of wines, chilling in the fridge or resting on the wine rack and a selection of local beers and ciders. A “wine list” is provided with prices and can be topped up during your stay if necessary! Wine, beers and ciders are supplied by Fowey Fish & Fowey Wines, payment for this facility will be taken at the end of your stay and can be made by cash, credit or debit card.
Our delivery driver can also deliver fresh fish and shellfish from our shop in Fowey every day (except Sundays).
